TEXT: Pursuant to its authority under the Foreign-Trade Zones Act of June

Regulations (15 CFR Part 400), the Foreign-Trade Zones Board (the Board)
adopts the following order:

   Whereas, the Jacksonville Port Authority, Grantee of Foreign-Trade Zone
No. 64, has applied to the Board for removal of a time limit on its Ellis
Road zone site in Jacksonville, which was approved by the Board on September
23, 1983, for a period of 2 years, the period of time requested by the

   Whereas, the application was accepted for filing on May 31, 1985, and
notice inviting public comment was given in the Federal Register on June
11, 1985 (Docket 17-85, 47 FR 24551);

   Whereas, the Foreign-Trade Zones Staff has investigated the application
in accordance with the Board's regulations and recommends approval;

   Whereas, the Board has found that the requirements of the Foreign-Trade
Zones Act, as amended, and the Board's regulations are satisfied, and that
approval of the application is in the public interest;

   Now, therefore, the Board hereby orders:

   That the time limit on the Ellis Road zone site of Foreign-Trade Zone 64
