requesting authority to expand the zone to include additional acreage within
the Brookley Complex and adjacent Brookley Airport, within the Mobile Customs

(368 acres) within the zone, and to expand the zone to include part of the
adjacent Brookley Airport (667 acres). Both parcels are owned by the Mobile
Airport Authority, a public corporation. The expansion is being requested to
alow the City to market the zone more effectively as part of its economic
development efforts.

No manufacturing approvals are being sought in the application. Such
approvals would be requested from the Board on a case-by-case basis.
