Application for TSF Reorganization/Expansion

When an application has been filed, the FTZ staff publishes a notice in the Federal Register opening a public comment period. The applicant also must publish notice in a local newspaper describing the proposal.

The fee for an expansion application is $1,600. The Federal Tax ID number is 91-2014781. Checks should be made payable to: U.S. Department of Commerce ITA.

The application letter should be addressed to: Andrew McGilvray, Executive Secretary, Foreign-Trade Zones Board, U.S. Department of Commerce, 1401 Constitution Ave., NW, Room 21013, Washington, DC 20230
