DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE
[Order No. 818]

Expansion of Foreign-Trade Zone 41 and Approval of Manufacturing
Activity (Children's Books) Within Foreign-Trade Zone 41, Milwaukee,
Wisconsin Area

    Pursuant to its authority under the Foreign-Trade Zones Act of June
18, 1934, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u), the Foreign-Trade Zones Board
(the Board) adopts the following Order:
    Whereas, an application from the Foreign-Trade Zone of Wisconsin,
Ltd., grantee of FTZ 41, requesting authority to expand its general-
purpose zone to include an additional site in Sturtevant, Wisconsin,
and requesting authority on behalf of Publications International Ltd.
to manufacture (assemble) children's books under zone procedures within
FTZ 41, was filed by the Board on April 3, 1995 (FTZ Docket 13-95, 60
FR 18580);
    Whereas, notice inviting public comment was given in the Federal
Register and the application has been processed pursuant to the FTZ Act
and the Board's regulations; and,
    Whereas, the Board adopts the findings and recommendations of the
examiner's report, and finds that the requirements of the FTZ Act and
Board's regulations would be satisfied and that the proposal would be
in the public interest if the authority for the book manufacturing
activity is subject to a time limit;
    Now, therefore, the Board hereby orders:
    The application is approved, subject to the FTZ Act and the FTZ
Board's
