The following is a list of FTZ grantees which, according to our records, have submitted
their mandatory fiscal-year 2009 annual report on zone operations to the FTZ Board (due January 31,
2010). Any grantee that has not yet submitted its FY 2009 report should do so as soon as possible
to minimize the risk of fines or other adverse action under sections 81s or 81r of the Foreign-Trade
Zones Act of 1934 (19 U.S.C. 81a-81u). The FTZ Board staff can not process any
request from a grantee after January 31 until its FY 2009 report has been received. If a zone had no
activity, the grantee is required to submit a brief letter to that effect which also describes the
current status of the zone project and efforts being made to market and utilize the zone (click
here for a sample letter).
If a grantee has records indicating that its report was transmitted to the FTZ Board, but the zone does not
appear on the list below, the grantee should contact Liz Whiteman of the FTZ Board staff at (202) 482-0473
or ftz@trade.gov, so that we can bring this list up to date.
