FTZ annual report - no-cost webinars on submitting your report via OFIS
You are receiving this e-mail because you are listed as the contact for an operator or grantee of a foreign-trade zone (FTZ). As you probably know, you will soon need
to prepare and submit your FTZ annual report for calendar year 2016. Each operator's report to its zone's grantee is due by the deadline set by the grantee (with the
grantee then submitting its report to the FTZ Board by March 31).
All reports must be submitted through the Online FTZ Information System (OFIS) which is accessible through the FTZ Board's website - www.trade.gov/ftz. Training videos
and tutorials on the use of OFIS are also available under the "Tutorial" link at the top of the page in OFIS. If you have problems accessing your account or preparing the

To supplement the training videos and tutorials, we will be holding the following no-cost webinars (each of which will incorporate time for questions from participants):
Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 1:00 pm EST - webinar covering operators' use of OFIS to fill out and submit their annual report to the grantee using OFIS.
Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 2:00 pm EST - webinar covering operators' use of OFIS to fill out and submit their annual report to the grantee using OFIS. (Same content
as the January 14 webinar.)
Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 1:00 pm EST - webinar covering grantees' use of OFIS to finalize and submit their annual report to the FTZ Board.
Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 2:00 pm EST - webinar covering grantees' use of OFIS to finalize and submit their annual report to the FTZ Board. (Same content as the
January 26 webinar.)
RSVPs are required for these webinars. Please RSVP to FTZ@trade.gov by the following deadlines:
For the January 17 webinar, RSVP by January 16.
For the February 15 webinar, RSVP by February 14.
For the January 26 webinar, RSVP by January 25.
For the February 22 webinar, RSVP by February 21.
Each RSVP should include the individual's name and e-mail address. Prior to the webinars, participants will receive an e-mail with the call-in number and passcode
to be used to access the webinars.
